Promoting awareness of Health & Safety issues and training all levels of staff to carry out their tasks in a safe manner is a key element of our company’s policies and procedures.

Managers and key supervisors are trained both in-houseandby attending external courses that are accredited to such bodies as the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) and The Institute of Safety & Health (IOSH)

Operatives all receive health and safety training during induction and skills training and are also trained in specific areas such as manual handling and COSHH (Control Of Substances Hazardous to Health).

The directors of our company are totally committed to the ethics of health & safety and always ensure that adequate resources are available to implement all necessary and required safe systems of work. As such, we are accredited with both the SAFEContractor scheme certificate which is administered on behalf of the Health & Safety Executive (HSE) by National Britannia, and the Contractors Health And Safety Scheme (CHAS). These schemes assess and provide accreditation of the health and safety competency of our company and further highlights our commitment to this very important issue.
