Our Company was formed in 1972 (as DOC Cleaning Services) by two of its present Directors and over this period we have grown steadily and built up a client list comprising of a diverse range of locations, ranging from large public buildings, museums and galleries through to offices and individual premises.
Our Company is a family run concern that prides itself on being very professional, conscientious, loyal and pleasant to deal with. The philosophy of DOC Cleaning is simple; that on being awarded a Contract, our primary aim is to keep our clients happy and satisfied with our work and to provide a service that is second to none.We feel that we have achieved this with many of our contracts and the evidence of this is in the length of time we have been employed by many of our clients, with our contract retention rate being very high.
Since its formation, our Company has attained a wealth of knowledge and experience in our industry and this fact is of vital significance to all of our operations. Our Directors and Senior Managers fully understand that their level of involvement in each individual contract, regardless of size or nature, needs to be very high and we are driven by the need to provide an efficient, honest and dedicated service at all times. This ensures that all contracts have a very high level of managerial input and this management is never allowed to become distant and remote.
It is this philosophy of involvement that guides our business ethics and the “personal touch” is of paramount importance to our business aims and objectives. This need for inclusiveness is translated to all of our operatives and partnerships are formed with our clients. These relationships evolve and develop over time to ensure that dedication, pride and a complete understanding of requirements is shown in all operations.
