Dave is one of the founding partners of the company and has formed and built upon relationships that have matured and developed over many years. With specific responsibility for client liaison and customer satisfaction, Dave is a real 'people person' who enjoys nothing better than forming new relationships whilst maintaining and developing existing ones.

Involved directly with the Houses of Parliament and the Royal Household for over 35 years, he still assumes direct responsibility for these contracts.

Lee is the eldest son of one of the founding partners and has been involved at all levels of employment with the company since 1983. Responsible for managing the company's aims and objectives, he also assumes Board responsibility for all health & safety, environmental, training and quality issues.

Previously the site manager at the National Gallery, he is still directly involved with the operation of this contract.

The brother of Lee and youngest son of one of the founding partners, Danny has worked for the company since 1987 at all levels. Responsible for all operational matters, he effectively 'manages the managers' and controls a diverse range of contracts through London and the South-East. He is also responsible at Board level for all procurement issues and deals in the first instance with all new products and suppliers.

Danny still has direct involvement with many contracts including Roche Products and the BNP Paribas Real Estate Portfolio.

Vastly experienced within the cleaning industry, John assumes overall responsibility for the management for the BNP Paribas Real Estate portfolio. Working closely with his managers and supervisors in the field and with the administration team at head office, John ensures that all activities within his account operate smoothly and successfully and that client satisfaction is achieved.

In addition to this, John also assumes overall responsibility for all our window and facade cleaning operations.

Kevan started working for the company at the National Gallery in 1991 and remains there to this day, albeit he is now the manager for the whole estate and associated sites.

A special Constable in his spare time, Kevan is also the company's Compliance Manager and advises on all health & safety, quality, environmental and training issues having successfully passes many professional examinations in these fields. He also assumes responsibility for all technical support and compliance issues within the company.

Having started working for the company as a Cleaning Operative in 2000, Joelma has since progressed to become the Area Manager for the Tower 42 estate.

Being multi-lingual, she brings excellent communication skills to our operations and provides valued assistance for all in-house training requirements.

Having previously worked for a national cleaning supplies company, Natalie joined the company in 2006 to assume the responsibility of managing a diverse range of multi-tenanted managed properties which formed a major part of the BNP Paribas Real Estate Portfolio.

She also assumes responsibility for the management of all rental supplies throughout the company and uses all her extensive experience in this field to ensure that services levels by approved suppliers are maintained and that value for money is achieved for our Clients.

Having worked in a variety of different positions for the company since he joined in 1990, Paul brings all of his personality and experience to a wide ranging portfolio of contracts in the South East region which includes Roche Products headquarters.

A non-league football manager in his spare time, Paul was previously the Area Manager for the National Gallery estate.

Having worked for the company for over 30 years, Eric has unequalled knowledge and experience with many of our long standing clients and he effectively manages the day to day running of these establishments. Supported by his supervisors, Eric ensures that his contracts are operating successfully and that his clients are happy with the service provided.

Locations under his management include Buckingham Palace, St. James' Palace, Kensington Palace and Michelin House. He also assumes responsibility for all equipment and machinery within the company and ensures that all items are repaired and tested when necessary.

Having previously worked for over 20 years in the hospitality industry, Justin joined our company in 2011 and brought all this experience and knowledge in customer service requirements with him to ensure customer satisfaction is being achieved and maintained at all times.

With responsibility for the management of our West End portfolio of contracts, Justin works very closely with his supervisors and operatives.

Son of our Managing Director, and grandson of one of the company's original partners, Lee joined the company immediately after graduating and worked initially at the National Gallery estate to gain operational experience.

Now responsible for Managing our Crown Estates Contract, Lee is developing the service provision for a wide and diverse range of properties within this portfolio with much success.

Bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience with her, Sue joined the company in 2002 and immediately assumed overall responsibility for all financial and payroll operations within our organisation.

A keen tennis player, who not only represented our company at the Royal Warrant Holders Association Tennis tournament but won her section, Sue answers at Board level for all company financial matters and assumes overall responsibility for the human resource and personnel functions.

Having joined the company immediately after graduating, Jamie is responsible for the administrative support to all operational managers and for all contract related issues and documentation.

In Addition, Jamie is the Company's Health and Safety Representative having achieved the NEBOSH General Certificate.

Assisted by a team of support administrators, he also operates our Helpdesk and is in charge of our I.T systems, the company's website and all e-commerce requirements.
