Tower 42 Contract Extension Award

Handheld Quality Checking System in Full Swing

Our company have recently implemented the use of a handheld quality checking system across our growing portfolio of contracts. The advanced DataBoost system, developed by Innovise, will allow our Area Managers to carry out routine quality checks of all areas where cleaning tasks take place.

DOC Cleaning Limited Install Time and Attendance System

In order to continue our ongoing commitment to improve our level of customer satisfaction DOC Cleaning Limited have recently implemented a system to monitor all staff working hours. The TimeAttend suite of clocking in systems and attendance software includes a range of methods to collect staff arrival and departure information to meet our company’s own unique requirements.
Our Larger sites will operate the ScanLogik system will wall mounted units that are unique in their use of mobile-wireless technology. Staff clock in and out using TimeAttend key-fobs which are scanned by the wall unit.
Smaller and lone worker sites operate the FoneLogik system where any telephone at a site can be used. Staff simply call the allocated phone number and are prompted to enter their unique pin code to clock in or out. The system also delivers voice messaging services and lone worker alerts. This will be particularly useful for remote sites where there is only a single member of staff present and in addition fulfils the requirements for Lone Workers Health and Safety monitoring.
With this tighter control of management over staff working hours we can ensure that our service is being fully completed, matching not only our own high standards, but also those of our clients.
