This recently constructed building was completed in January 2009 and we have held the contract at this building since it opened. This new build is situated next to 125 Old Broad Street and is considered one of the best new buildings of the recent development cycle, the development has also achieved a BREEAM Excellent Rating – the highest standard for environmental performance.
