Our purpose and vision is to provide a high quality, professional, cost effective and dedicated service to our clients which is resourced by trained and motivated staff, the best available equipment and knowledgeable and pro active supervisors and managers. This will not only enable the company to retain its current client base but to also further enhance its reputation and to subsequently achieve more contracts.
In order to achieve this purpose and vision, our aim will be to ensure that a rigorous quality assurance system is in place, there is a clear and defined training and staff development policy and a high contract retention rate.
To achieve these aims we will ensure that all levels of staff, from directors to operatives, are totally involved with all operations and that partnerships are formed with our clients based on trust, honesty and the belief in our abilities to provide the services required.
Our strategy to achieve our aims will be measured by using Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) to further measure our company’s achievements specifically in relation to: -
- Quality checks- with a success rate measuring 90% and above
- Customer Feedback- with a success rate measuring 90% and above
- Contract Retention- with a success rate measuring 75% and above
- Training Needs Analysis- with conclusions of the success of any training independently measured by the success of the Key Performance Indicators
